1. All wellness cabin products enjoy a 12-month manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.

 

2. Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged once production starts.

 

3. Standard products can be returned within 30 days after delivery, buyers bear round-trip shipping cost.

 

4. Damages caused by improper operation, artificial damage or transportation without official packaging are not covered by refund or free replacement.
